My services are 100% personalized to fit your lifestyle, using flexible diet plans. I, Alex Ursu, am the founder of TrainedByAU, with operations in the United Kingdom and Romania. As a personal trainer, nutritionist, and successful online coach, I have transformed more than a thousand bodies and lives worldwide.

Early Life​

I was born and raised in a small town where fitness and health were integral parts of the community culture. From a young age, I was passionate about sports, often participating in local soccer leagues and track events. My early exposure to physical activity, coupled with a natural curiosity about the human body, set the foundation for my future career in personal training.
During my teenage years, I became increasingly interested in weight training and nutrition. I spent countless hours researching and experimenting with different workout routines and diets, eager to understand how they could improve athletic performance and overall well-being. This early dedication to fitness not only helped me excel in sports but also instilled in me a desire to help others achieve their health and fitness goals.
After high school, I decided to pursue a career in fitness, enrolling in a program that combined my passion for exercise with a scientific understanding of the body. My early life experiences and commitment to self-improvement have continued to drive my success as a personal trainer, where i now helps clients of all backgrounds reach their full potential.

Career

My career as a personal trainer began shortly after i completed my formal education in fitness and exercise science. With a strong foundation in both the practical and theoretical aspects of physical training, I quickly made a name for myself in the local fitness community. i started by working at a popular gym, where my knowledge, enthusiasm, and ability to connect with clients set me apart from other trainers.
Recognizing the importance of continuous learning, i pursued additional certifications in areas such as strength and conditioning, nutrition, and injury prevention. This dedication to expanding my expertise allowed me to offer a more comprehensive approach to my clients’ health and fitness, addressing not just their exercise routines but also their overall lifestyle. As my reputation grew, i began attracting a diverse clientele, ranging from beginners looking to improve their general fitness to athletes seeking to enhance their performance. My personalized training programs, which are tailored to each client’s specific goals and needs, have led to impressive results, earning me a loyal following.
In addition to one-on-one training, I has also ventured into group fitness classes, online coaching, and fitness workshops. My ability to adapt to new trends and technologies has allowed me to reach a wider audience, helping more people than ever achieve their fitness goals. My career has been marked by a commitment to excellence, a passion for helping others, and an ongoing quest to inspire and educate my clients.
